Embroidery is a thread-based decoration process that offers a clean and durable look. It’s a terrific choice for jackets, polos, hats, bags, fleece, and even t-shirts. We can take pre-existing logos and digitalize them or create custom designs from scratch, whatever your needs may be!
We can do both rotary and laser engraving here at Betty Lou. Rotary engraving is used to cutout letters and simplify logos on metals like gold, sterling, silver, copper, and aluminum. While laser engraving uses beams of light to etch any design of your desired depth on an object. These materials include metal, leather, and wood. We can provide you or your organization with trophies, awards, medals, ribbons per request. Additionally, we can do personal items as needed.
Screen printing is an option we use for high-volume orders, usually about 12 or more items. It’s a process that transfers the ink through a silkscreen, which then creates the desired design on the item. We offer up to four different colors per design. Great for corporate apparel, custom uniforms, spirit wear, and promotional products!
For smaller custom jobs, we provide heat-sealed vinyl as an option. You can choose up to four colors and your choice of either matte or glitter vinyl! This process is achieved by cutting out your design on fashion-film vinyl then gently heating it onto your object using a heat press. It works great on t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats, scarves, and tablecloths.
Do you have a varsity jacket that needs a name sewn on it or new patches that need to be added? Then we are the place for you! Betty Lou does name embroidery on the front and back of jackets as well as sewing on patches and chevrons.
We can do vinyl signs, printed banners, and flags, which are great options for businesses, school events, or even personal use. Vinyl can be used on material such as cloth, metal, or corrugated plastic. While printed banners are good on cloth and tarp material. All choices are made from durable material meant to last. Sublimation is taking an image and heating it until the ink dissolves into the material. It makes for a long-lasting design, which won’t peel or flake. Great for all kinds of items ranging from keychains, phone cases, tiles, plaques, and even shirts! Message us if you have a specific item in mind, and we will let you know if it’s possible.
